Polish Easter Egg Soup

1 pound bacon
3 dozen large hardcooked eggs, sliced
1 pound polish sausage, sliced
1 pound ham, cubed (1/2″)

Garnish: Fresh Grated Horseradish

Slice the bacon into 1 inch pieces and fry. Drain
Reserve the grease for later use… Better than oil any day of the week.
Put eggs, ham, sausage, and bacon into a large dutch oven, cover with water, bring to a boil.
Simmer until the egg yolks are well dissolved
