Korean BBQ Burgers


1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)

3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon pepper
Combine the bottom seven ingredients, then mix into the beef.
Form into patties, refrigerate for about an hour to get them to firm up.
Grill over medium low heat so as to not scorch the brown sugar
